Right of withdrawal

RETURN:

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. In addition, the item must be in its original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns.
Please return only the purchased items to us.

Refund:
We will notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Then contact your bank. It often takes time for the refund to post to your account.

Exchanges:
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items.  If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at myroadmap.store@gmail.com and send the item to: Carl-Baur-Weg 16, 72379 Hechingen, Germany.

You must pay the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you live in.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
