We usually ship our products via the logistics service provider DHL Germany.

Shipping costs within Germany: 3.50 EUR incl. 19% VAT (free shipping for orders over 90 EUR). Delivery time: 2-3 days

Shipping costs within Europe: 9.50 EUR including 19% VAT (free shipping for orders over 120 EUR). Delivery time: 5-7 days

Shipping costs worldwide: EUR 20 incl. 19% VAT (free shipping for orders over EUR 180). Delivery time: 8-15 days

To return an item, please follow these steps:

• Register a return: Please contact our customer service to register your return. There you will receive all the information you need.

• Item condition:Make sure the item is returned in the same condition as you received it. All original packaging, labels and accessories should also be included.

• Deadline for returns: Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Shipping costs: Please note that the return shipping costs must be borne by you. We would like to point out that we cannot offer a refund of shipping costs for returns.

• Refund: As soon as we have received the return and the item has been checked, we will refund the purchase amount. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
